About Puff Store
Puff Store is a chain of three specialty stores in the Netherlands for cigarettes, tobacco, cigars, IQOS, and electronic cigarettes. Since the end of 2013, tens of thousands of Puff Store customers have happily switched from regular cigarettes to less harmful alternatives, such as e-cigarettes and IQOS.
The Puff Store concept originated in Italy, and the Netherlands is the third European country after Spain where Puff Stores are located. Puff Store has more than 200 successful stores worldwide. Since 2023, due to changes in legislation, we have been transformed into tobacco specialty stores with a range of products for all consumers. Puff Store has an informal company culture and focuses primarily on what we consider the three most important aspects of our business operations:
Service
Our employees understand smokers and prioritize the vaping and flavor experience, and it shows. Everyone is different, and many smokers need personalized advice from a specialist. We offer a wide selection of types, sizes, colors, and accessories. Our specialists will explain the options and teach you how to handle your vape products responsibly.
Quality
All our e-liquids are made in a sterile atmosphere and contain propylene glycol, vegetable glycerin, deionized water, flavorings, and, if desired, nicotine. Puff uses only pharmaceutical-grade raw materials and flavorings approved for human consumption.
The e-liquid production process is subject to strict quality control to guarantee product safety. All our products include leaflets with the correct safety instructions and labels. Our liquids do not contain alcohol, diacetyl, or acetyl propionyl.
Warranty
Batteries and chargers come with a 6-month warranty (unless otherwise stated). This makes us unique, and we offer you not only the best electronic smoking products but also the best possible service. We cannot offer a warranty on tanks, pods, mouthpieces, accessories, etc. (primarily for hygienic reasons).
