My battery's lifespan is getting shorter and shorter. Why is that?
Answer:
First of all, it's important that you charge the battery in question correctly. You'll often find instructions for this in the included information booklet or on the packaging. Many smaller devices, for example, require a separate wall plug, or at least a low amperage (0.5A).
If you don't charge the devices according to the instructions, the battery may be consistently overcharged. The battery's capacity will then decrease in a much shorter time than usual. It's normal for all batteries to degrade over a certain period. We therefore recommend replacing a battery after at least two years. Remember that temperature can also affect the battery; cold temperatures will also limit its capacity.
