The battery is fine, but the e-cigarette won't fire.

If the battery is functioning properly and the e-cigarette won't fire, it's possible the battery isn't making contact with the vaporizing element (the coil). This contact is made via the battery's connection to the tank, so first check that the tank or pod is properly connected to the battery. Check for dirt or other debris between the tank and the battery (the actual contact point can also get dirty).
If this doesn't solve the problem, the problem likely lies with the vaporizing element, or the coil. The coil may not be making good contact with the tank's contact point. Remove the coil from the tank and thoroughly clean the inside of the tank (where it attaches). Alternatively, the coil may be internally broken, in which case you should replace it. With a pod system, you can place a new pod on the battery to see if it makes contact. If this does not help, we ask you to visit one of our stores so that an expert can find a solution.
